I used to work as a seaman on a cruise ship so I like traveling all around the globe, meeting new people and exploring new places. Luxury apartments Marija are located in Lokva Rogoznica in the heart of Dalmatia, approximately 9 km south of town Omiš. Following the same direction, to the south, would lead You to well known and famous tourist cities of Makarska and Dubrovnik. The apartment is located in a quiet area for those guests who prefer total peace and want to enjoy their privacy away from the busy lifestyle of urban areas, as well as enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands. The guests have the possibility to access a shared outside swimming pool with your own space on the sundeck, access to the grill area, and a shared fitness room. In front of my property, you have your own parking spot.

Lokva Rogoznica is a scenically little place which is perfect for those craving for a real Mediterranean atmosphere, with clear sea and beautiful beaches surrounded by pine trees. It is situated between the cities of Split and Makarska away from the busy lifestyle of urban areas but with excellent connections to nearby famous tourist destinations, on the coast as well as on nearby islands. The beach is only 150 m away, restaurants 250 m away. On the beach, you can enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning or refreshing cocktails in the afternoon.
