Penthouse Adriatic Blue is brand new luxury apartment with a stylish touch and plenty of sunlight. Apartment is located in Tučepi, just 5 meters from the beach and crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Tučepi is a small tourist place, famous for the longest pebble beach (4km), along which a beautiful promenade is situated, in the shade of the pine trees. (The space) Penthouse Adriatic Blue offers an open-plan living area with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to a private terrace. Thanks to the huge windows and sliding doors the living room has plenty of natural light and a spectacular view of the sea and islands. At your disposal you will have two smart TV's, two air conditioners, all household appliances such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. (Other things to note) Please have in mind that our Penthouse is situated on the 4th floor without elevator, so if that is a problem for you, consider some other apartment more appropriate for you. Free-of-charge parking is provided 150 meters from the apartment
