This luxury penthouse in the center of Split is located in one of the most sought after areas in Split. It is on the top floor of a new luxury building situated in west Split on the boardwalk ( known here as the “riva”) promenade, with distance of only 50 meters from the sea. The penthouse has 150 square meters of interior space with 150 square meters of terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, each with bathrooms; one has a shower while the other has a bathtub. There is an extra toilet in the third bathroom. The kitchen is open and connects the large dinning and living areas. The décor is modern and the furniture is very comfortable. The entire space has panoramic sea views through the big glass windows. The fireplace gives this space a warm, special touch. The terrace has a spa which is very relaxing at the end of a long day. Guests can enjoy the hot tub while watching the yachts entering the port. Sun chairs and sun umbrellas are located in the front of the large terrace along with the hot tub, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the port and Diocletian’s Palace.
