This completely new luxury villa is located on a hill above the small romantic town of Vrbnik with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, which is completely paved with the famous stone from the island of Brač (as well as the entire environment of the villa), there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, guests have direct access to the pool, which offers an open view of the sea and greenery. The pool is 38 m2 in size, has massage benches and a waterfall. Around the pool on the terrace there are deckchairs, a sitting set with a large umbrella, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have their own large terrace, and from all rooms you can enjoy the view of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik when you wake up in the morning. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has free WI-FI, two parking spaces and is completely fenced. The nearest beach is 800 meters from the villa, shops and restaurants 500 meters away. IMPORTANT!!!! Final cleaning is not included in the price and is charged 100 euros in cash upon arrival

Villa Verbenico Hills is located in the small and quiet town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk, known as one of the most attractive locations on the Adriatic. Vrbnik is a place with almost 900 years of history, full of hidden romantic streets (it has one of the narrowest streets in the world), surrounded by endless vineyards and with its wineries is one of the most famous wine regions in Croatia. If you are a fan of good wines, you will be able to enjoy tasting them while you discover the beauty of this beautiful town (personal recommendation of the owner of the villa - top quality red wine (Curicta Riserva" of the Katunar winery and Valomet champagne, which is kept at a sea depth of 32 meters and as such represents a real attraction). In Vrbnik you can enjoy secluded beaches, in the center of the town there is the beach Zgribnica and 2 km from the town center the beach Potovošće with a small cafe bar, deckchairs and umbrellas. Be sure to visit some of the restaurants in Vrbnik, which are the best on the island of Krk, and enjoy local specialties and fresh seafood. Book Verbenico Hills villa and enjoy it in style!
