Matan House is situated in Otocac, a small town in the Lika region. Terrace fitted with an outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture, as well as a private hot tub are at your disposal. This property comes with a private garden with 4000 m2 fitted with sun loungers that offer an amazing view of the mountains. Three bicycles are at the guests' disposal as well as a children's playground fitted with a trampoline, slide, and swings. Luggage storage is possible prior to check-in and after check-out, so you can explore the area a little more before your departure. Free private parking is provided, a reservation is needed. *Hot tub is open from the first of May until the 13th of September.
