Mendula is a charming 60 m2 house with a terrace, big garden and two parking spaces. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It is ideal for a cozy family vacation but also for young people eager to spend quality time in beautiful nature. Big private garden is great for barbecuing and other summer activities, while the terrace offers a beautiful sea view. The property is located in the center of Premantura, the nearest beach is 10 minutes by walk and it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach protected landscape Rt Kamenjak.
