Self standing stone house in Istrian village Kavran with tastefully decorated interior, convenient for family with 2-3 children. Comfortable living room with open kitchen, interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. House is only 3 km away from the coast with its fantastic beaches and secluded bays. House for 4-6 persons, 100m2 + 50m fenced garden Ground floor: kitchen with dinning table and living area with fireplace (couch, possible as sleeping couch). Kitchen : stove ( 4 gas rings), refrigerator with freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, air extractor above the cooking rings, toaster, oven. Bathroom: shower, wc, sink There are wooden stairs leading to the first floor. First floor: 2 x double bedrooms with double beds Bathroom; shower, wc, sink, hairdryer, washing machine Front fenced yard, cca 50 m2 with barbecue (gas), garden furniture, sun beds and umbrella, jacuzzi. Equipment: Sat TV, Air -co, WI-FI Internet, baby cot ( on request) Parking in front of the house (in open garage)
