This spacious, family friendly villa suited for both summer and winter vacations is one of the most beautiful in the region fully covered in limestone on the outside, with custom made cherry wood furniture, 22mm thick oak wood floors, a carrera marble staircase and a indoor pool room with garden/terrace access and large furnished terraces. Note! The road to the house is narrow and steep. It’s s ok for normal sized cars with normal ride height. It’s not accessible for mini buses carrying 9 people or more (but for example a Mercedes V-class, 8 seater, can get down), or vehicles with lowered suspension, or with low front spoilers. There is parking for 3-4 normal sized vehicles next to the house. The villa is equipped with sunbeds, two SUPs, a canoe and a private garden/beach shower. It is convenient to snorkel, surf or paddel without having to carry any gear very far. This makes it a is a wonderful choice for those looking for a family friendly villa with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house is also suitable for spa holidays during the winter season. The local climate is usually sunny all year around. The house has a 170m2 indoors spa area with large windows facing the garden and an indoor pool, sauna and bar. You cant live closer to the sea than this without living on a ship.
The Miolin family has its roots in Croatia. We love houses, cooking and the sea. With Miolin Beach House we want to create the perfect holiday home for large families or a group of friends that want to spend some time together enjoying cooking and the Adriatic sea.
The nearest town Trogir is the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex in all of Central Europe. The neighborhood is a calm residential seaside area perched on the hillsidelooking over rocky and pebbled beaches with restaurants within walking distance and hiking and biking trails next door.
