MORABEZA Apartment is located on the 1st floor, 10 min walking distance above the city of Opatija, and therefore offers beautiful view of the Kvarner bay. In this cozy and beautifully decorated accommodation, kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes. Have breakfast, lunch, enjoy wine with a beautiful sea view or read a book in the relaxation corner on the balcony.
Apartment has one bedroom with a 160x200 large bed. In the property you will find hair dryer, iron, washing mashine, dishwasher, air condition, dining area, sofa, whirlpool, coffe maker ( mocha and filter coffee maker ), electric kettle, free WIFI.
Parking is located in the street and it is free of charge, reservation is not possible. Also, only, 400 meters away from the apartment you can find a public parking for a FEE.

Hi,
my name is Sarah Nicole.
Due to my work experience in tourism and hospitality, and as I grew up in Opatija, I've been meeting tourists and travelers all my life, therefore I have innate sence of hospitality. I have traveled a lot, so I can very easily put myself in a position of a guest to communicate his needs and desires.
After I got married and moved to Rovinj, a beautifull city on the western coast of Istrian peninsula, I decided to rent my home where I used to live for 14 years. Since I live in a different city, everything is organized for an easy self Check-in, but I will be reachable per mobile phone, during your whole stay for any questions and will be more than happy to assist you with any request, so you have the best possible experience in my apartment and Opatija.
As I love to travel myself, I know how important a cozy and comfortable accommodation is, so I really want every guest stying in my apartment to feel like home.
MORABEZA has a special meaning. It is a creole word to express hospitality, friendliness, casual and relaxed behavior. MORABEZA is unexplainable, it is felt, and I hope you will feel it in my apartmement. :-)
