This beautiful stone holiday house is located in the hill above Posedarje in an ecological olive grove on a plot of 5000 m2, and it is 1500 meters from the first houses. The use of any pesticides or insecticides is strictly prohibited in the olive grove. So in the nature around the house you may come across some small animals such as crickets, bees, lizards, spiders, etc. They are not dangerous and have their role in the ecological system. If you are afraid of them, maybe this holiday home is not the right choice for you.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, kitchen and a dining room. In front of the kitchen and the living room is a huge covered terrace where you can enjoy the view of the olive grove and the sounds of nature and the scents of Mediterranean herbs. Floating stairs from the living room will take you to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the master bedroom, enjoy the spa area, treat yourself to a bath in the free-standing bathtub next to the bioethanol fireplace, with a view of the Novigrad Bay. All bedrooms have access to a balcony where you can enjoy a massage bath in a hydromassage tub with a magnificent view of the olive groves, nature and the Novigrad Sea, and the surrounding towns.
The road leading to the house is not asphalted, but it can be used normally for private cars, except for very low and sports cars. Access is difficult for campers and trucks.
The host lives nearby and is available to guests upon their invitation.
