This brand new and modern family Villa is located in a secluded, peaceful part of the Municipality of Cista provo, not far from the town of Imotski, beautiful beaches of the entire Makarska Rivier and the city of Split. It's surrounded by lush Croatian greenery and an impressive mountain range.  It is easily accessible by road, but the villa offers full privacy with a quiet countryside setting. The Villa consists of two spacious floors which have one fully equipped  kitchen with modern and new appliances connected with a dining area, a living room with large sofas, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms provide all amenities for cozy stay. There are 3 new and spacious bathrooms with showers and one guest toilet.  On the first floor, in addition to all the above, there is also a large area that functions as a living room / entertainment area. Cozy sofas can be converted into sofa beds for two more guests. There is a huge open terrace with a view of the surroundings, and guests can use it like a perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset.  There is a large billiard table where you can test your knowledge in this interesting game and spend time with your friends and family. Villa provides WiFi, 2 large smart TV, two powerfull A/C and enough space for parking up to 10 cars. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor lead out onto the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture. From a terrace there is a short walk to the private and large swimming pool, where you can refresh during hot summer days. Pool area offers sun loungers where you can relax under the shade of the sunumbrellas. There is also an outdoor dining space if you decide to dine alfresco. Guests are free to use the outdoor BBQ area, located near to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Children's outdoor playground provides trampoline, slide and swing so the youngest ones can enjoy their vacations too.

- With previous request Villa can accomodate 2 guests more at sofa beds. Additional payment of 33 Eur per guest per day is mandatory. - For young groups is mandatory make a previous request and pay damage deposit per stay - 50,00 EUR per guest! During your stay you can; - Make a reservation for Traditional Dalmatian dinner with additional payment. CHECK IN time is from 4 PM. CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM. - For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days. - Pets are not allowed! - Baby bed can be provided only with previous request. - Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this! - No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments/Villas in the area.
