Lili Apartment is a cozy, 56 m² family-run apartment located in a private house with a separate entrance, in a peaceful and safe part of Zadar. The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a washing machine, and a comfortable bedroom with a large wardrobe. It’s air-conditioned, has unlimited high-speed WiFi, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. One of the highlights of the apartment is the large 36 m² private terrace – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the swing chair, or spending a quiet evening outdoors. We are proudly pet-friendly, as the apartment is named after our beloved dog Lili. Your pets are more than welcome here!
Hosting guests is something we truly enjoy – we see it as a way to meet kind people from all over the world and to make them feel welcome in our city. We take pride in keeping the apartment clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for each stay. We enjoy simple things – spending time together, taking care of our home, and especially gardening. The plants around the house and on the terrace are grown with care by our family. We’re nearby and available if you need anything during your stay, and we’re always happy to help.
Lili Apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential part of Zadar – Vladimira Gortana Street – ideal for those who want to relax away from the busy tourist zones, while still being close to everything. One of the key advantages is free private parking, which makes arriving and moving around stress-free. The historic Old Town is just a short drive or bus ride away (or about 20–25 minutes on foot), and the nearest beach is only a few minutes away by car. Shops, bakeries, and cafés are all within walking distance, and the neighborhood is well connected to local roads, making it easy to explore the wider area. From our apartment, you can easily visit nearby places like Nin, Privlaka, Zaton, Vir, or the island of Pag. If you enjoy nature, Paklenica National Park is about 40 minutes away and offers beautiful hiking trails and views. Whether you're into beaches, culture, or day trips – everything is within easy reach.
