Villa Madis provides a peaceful and luxurious holiday where you will enjoy complete hedonism, and with this holiday, you will delight both family and friends. Perfect for a complete escape from the hectic lifestyle, Villa Madis is the right choice for you! Built-in 2022 with a modern style of construction and equipped with a luxurious interior, this villa offers 113 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 591 m2. It is only 3 km away from the sea, and there are several beaches available for older and younger generations. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people and consists of the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, you will relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa, and there is also a table, stools, and a TV. If necessary, the sofa serves as an extra bed for two people. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and next to it is a modern kitchen. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room consisting of a washing machine, dryer and iron. You can also use a feeder and a baby cot if children are coming on holiday together with you. On the upper floor, you will be greeted by three spacious bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Also, on the upper floor, there is a balcony with a table and chairs.
