Studios are tastefully decorated (each 20m2) in the BASEMENT (7 stairs only). Each studio has it's own bathroom and mini kitchen and you don't share anything with anyone. Studios are located in the center across lovely park Ribnjak(Art Park) only 8min of walk to the main square, cathedral, etc.
Hi my name is Irena i Tomislav, living in Zagreb, Croatia. I do not live in the house where our studios are but I will try to be at your service. Be aware it will take me at least 15-20min to get to our studios if there is no traffic jam. Ask me for advice regarding nearby restaurants, coffee-bars, clubs or tourist attractions. I hope you will have a pleasant stay and enjoy our city.
Our studios are literally in the center, only 8min of walk to the main square of Ban Jelacic, cathedral and other tourist attractions. There are many restaurants, cafes, clubs in the near and main socail hub "Tkalciceva street " is just a 2 min away. Studios are located right across the beautiful park Ribnjak, green oasis in the center. Just recently park Ribnjak became permanent "Art Park" location where you can enjoy in various art workshops and courses, cinema, guesting musicians and DJ's, artistic installations, etc. In June there is an famous musical event "Crossover festival" held in park Ribnjak where you can enjoy in international food, drinks and various eclectical concerts, from jazz, house and soulfunk dance to gypsy, rock, swing, etc... It's a great place to stay, close to the center and close to refreshing green oasis of park Ribnjak.
