Cozy house with the beautiful view of the mountains, green pastures and preserved idilic nature. The entire house at your disposal. Surface area:150 m2 Capacity: max 6 persons Two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a double bed (160x200cm), another with one double bed and one single bed. (80x200cm) Studio in second floor with one double bed (160x200cm) and two single beds. Three bathrooms with showers and toilets A kitchen equipped for cooking with refrigerator, oven, cooking stove with three rings, dishwasher Air conditioning Fireplace TV A terrace with outdoor furniture for 6 persons Two balconies on the first floor Bed linen and towels Free WiFi Final cleaning included in the price There is a private parking in front of the house.
House is located in the small village Gradina 20 minutes from Plitvice Lakes. Village is located next to the main road but there is very little traffic trough the village. Distance from the main road provides peace and tranquility around the house. Below the house is a little creek and preserved idilic nature. In the distance you can find sheep and horses on the pasture. In the village you can find a variety of local products such as home made cheese, brandy, and soft drinks. All products are produced in the gardens around the house. Just ask friendly locals what are their domestic products.
