Property information

The secluded Braco holiday home offers a pleasant holiday in the beautiful Bristova bay on the island of Hvar. A lovely pebble beach lies just 20 metres from the house. Access to the house is via a staircase from the entrance gate. The accommodation consists of a suite for 4 and a studio for 2 people. The suite has a large terrace with a magnificent view of the pebble beach and the sea, offering a pleasant place to rest during your holiday. The studio for 2 guests has a terrace adjacent to the landlord’s terrace. Under the house is a large pebble beach suitable also for children. An asphalt road connects the house to the rest of the island; parking spaces are available within the premises. There are no limitations on electricity. Brought from outside, drinking water is kept in a tank and must be managed carefully. *You should not miss this information* Restrictions on electricity in the building: »none, the house has 220/230 V electricity »there are standard electrical sockets in the building Water restrictions: »water must be saved because it has to be imported » there is potable water from the tank in the house »hot water is heated in an electric boiler »cold and hot water is supplied to the kitchen »cold and hot water is supplied to the bathroom DO NOT MISS »The building can be reached via an asphalt road We recommend taking with you: » insect repellent » bottled drinking water
