Property information

Rooms 22 are situated beachfront, by the main beach Mala Raduča, offering amazing beach & sea view of the bay and of the old town of Primošten! We offer accommodation in private rooms (double rooms for 2 persons, and one triple room for max 3 persons). Two rooms have private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, and three rooms have private external bathroom with a bath tub. Only one room doesen't have sea view (garden view). Each room has photos of the view. Please note rooms don't have kitchen (guests have shared fridge on disposal and coffee maker). Rooms are air conditioned and each room has balcony. One apartment is also offered, it is groundfloor one bedroom apartment with one queen bed and bunk beds. Apartment has kitchen, bathroom, dining area and its own private entrance and sitting area in front.

Neighbourhood information

Our rooms are located only few meters from the most beautiful beach in Primošten! Restaurants, grocery store, bars are in walking distance from our guesthouse.
