A hedonist retreat on the hilltop town of Labin with an amazing view. The Royal Hilltop Residence is located near the old town of Labin and is less than 3km away from the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. Guests can fully relax because the residence is fully equipped and designed specially to relax in the morning with the rising sun and energize with all the amenities like a hot tub or sunbathing area.The residence is located on the ground floor of a newly built building in a luxury real estate area. It has an open living area which consists of: a kitchen fully equipped, a dining area with an amazing sea view; a lovely designed TV area with a comfortable couch.The outdoor area is pretty spacious and has a lot of amenities that guarantee a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The front area has several sunbeds for sunbathing, and the side area consists of an outdoor dining area with BBQ; an amazing bubbly hot tub and lounge set. Royal Hilltop Residence is definitely located in the most perfect spot. It was carefully designed by local and regionally known artists who craved it to everyone's pleasure. It is close to the town, yet not as close which guarantees peace and rest.
