The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building. The modern and luxuriously decorated apartment includes one bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove and an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and other kitchen utensils. The living room and bedroom have a flat screen TV with Netflix. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Smoking is not allowed in apartment.
