Prestigious Villa is the perfect choice for you to have a relaxing holiday retreat close to the beach with a beautiful view of the whole Punat bay. Villa consists of 3 apartments in one house, which are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests. There is a private pool in the green garden in front of the Villa at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the warm rays of sun on the sun beds, have a barbecue or simply enjoy a few drinks with your friends and family at the lounge area. With walking distance to the beach, gorgeous view of Punat and all 4-star attributes, Villa Salt and Sand provides everything for an enjoyable and prestigious holiday you will remember.
For most of the year, I am also staying in Kornić, so whenever you have a question or require assistance, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly help.
Near the villa You can enjoy in different water sports , biking ,hiking, or taste the local culinary in nearby restaurants. Kornić is a very quiet and safe neigbourhood, so you can have no worries parking your cars in our private parking. The nearest bus station is 500 meters from the villa, but it is very simple to get a taxy, as it is located right next door. Kornić also has a bakery, grocery shop, cafe/bar and a restaurant, all located about 300 meters from the property. Old city centre of Punat is only 2 km away and the capital Krk lies just 5 km away.
