Apartment's unique location (only 300 meters from beach Žnjan) allows you a hedonistic vacation on a sea front and peaceful surrounding, yet close to the center of Diocletian's town. Fully equipped kitchen, a delightful living area, WiFi, and air-condition is for your comfort. With private garage, this is truly special apartment in a charming location.

Žnjan is nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood of Split. It is the local favorite spot for swimming, bars, restaurants and kids play ground with trampolines, bouncing castles and much more. Žnjan is also the only coastline with km's of undisturbed trails for jogging, cycling and in-line skating. A favorite walking route is the coast line to Zenta and Bačvice beach, another local hot spot filled with cafe's, restaurants, tennis courts, boat marina and much more. Free private garage is available in the building. Easy access to public transportation bus #15 runs every 30 minutes to the city centre starting at 05:30
