In an old Art Nouveau villa, on the first floor, right by the sea, with a private beach, there is an 80m2 apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment has two balconies and a large back terrace. The rooms have large double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, refrigerator, set of dishes and cutlery, kettle... Air conditioning in the living room - kitchen and large bedroom. Shower cabin, washing machine.
