Our property is located on the popular beach and Historical "Znjan" Split. The apartment is located in a 2015 newly built house with pool, large common terrace mti sunbeds and barbecue, the apartment has been furnished in the summer of 2016 of us and all the furniture and the inventory are new. The apartment itself has a balcony with east-facing, they enjoy a dreamlike panoramic sea views, it is a very quiet location. The house stands on a hill next to the beach, if you walk up the stairs to the church "Gospa od Znjana" down, they are in a few steps on the beach. Our apartment is fully equipped and air conditioned, as you are used to in your home, from the smallest teaspoon up on kettle, iron, washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. You will find everything you need for a long stay, of course in high quality and order. Of course, we offer a cable connection with TV programs in different languages ​​(English, German, Italian) and a fast DSL Internet connection.
Seaside Apartments d.o.o. is a young company that rents out its own property. Founded in May 2016 by the Family Babic, who lives in Germany and is of Croatian descent. We strive to be the highest demands and direct our apartments exactly as we would like to live in it.
The quarter "Znjan" is a quiet neighborhood about 3km from the center of Split, which the same beach just below our house, is one of the most popular in the region. Whether family, sporty or revelers, here everyone gets their costs. Along the beach you will find many things to do, whether jogging, children's playgrounds, water sports, sports courts, to reach everything within a few minutes from the apartment. Along the beach are bike paths and jogging paths. Nearby you will also find several restaurants and beach bars where you can round off the evening the day. Along the promenade you can get up in the downtown of Split run (3km).
