SFIDA Residence is a luxurious residence in the old town of Korčula that blends rich historical heritage and modern design, providing complete comfort for the perfect vacation of its guests. Renovated in 2024, SFIDA Residence offers an intimate atmosphere in the heart of the Old Town, and the beautiful stone reliefs in the walls create a unique experience of historical tradition renewed in the spirit of quiet luxury. Through careful reconstruction of the existing building, SFIDA Residence has retained almost all original construction elements, and with the addition of modern interior design and technology, it has been transformed into a luxuriously equipped vacation residence. On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, laundry room, and bathroom, while the two modernly furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the third floor offer stunning views of both sides of the Pelješac Channel and a unique sunset. SFIDA Residence is equipped with free WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.
The luxurious SFIDA Residence is located just a few steps away from the house of Marco Polo and the old cathedral of St. Mark within the city walls. It is surrounded by narrow city streets filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. The paved city beach Zakrjan is only a few steps away, while a pebble beach is located 1km from the property, and the sandy beaches of Lumbarda are 7km away.
