The STUDIO APARTMENT and ROOMS ADRIA units all feature a TV with satellite channels, as well as a refrigerator and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, towels, and bed linen. All units also include a balcony or terrace with a sea view. This property is located 100 meters from the beach and offers air-conditioned accommodations and free WiFi. We kindly ask our valued guests to take note of the following when booking our accommodation: -The studio apartment includes a kitchen and all necessary equipment, which you can check on this page. -Rooms with double beds do not include a kitchen and are equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator.

Neighbourhood information

Restaurants serving Dalmatian cuisine, cafes, and pubs are located along the seaside promenade in the center of Vodice and are about a 10-minute walk away. The advantage of the property is its proximity to the beach (less than a 5-minute walk or 100m) and the city center of Vodice (a 10-minute walk). Our guests have access to the amenities of the city center and the beach, including restaurants, nightclubs, and other entertainment options, while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the property. The Krka National Park is about an hour's drive from the property, as well as the Kornati National Park.
