The house is only about 80 m away from the beach with loungers. It's all new as it's only the first season in the rental. Each room and the terrace offer a spectacular seaview on the Medulin Riviera. All rooms have their own air conditioning and free WiFi. A flat screen TV is also included, as the new kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a Nespresso machine. A beautiful terrace with garden and modern gas grill invites to linger. A dream, simply wonderful!
A managed beach with loungers and umbrellas, water sports equipment (jet ski, boat rental, water tubes, water ski, stand up paddle, etc.) and a beach bar is only about 80 meters from the house. The beach promenade of Medulin begins right there and you can enjoy a lot of different restaurants, bars and nightclubs. If you want, you can park your car upon arrival and leave it there for the entire stay. Pure luxury!
