U ponudi imamo dva studio apartmana s kapacitetom osoba 2+1. Apartmani su smješteni na drugom katu kuće, pojedinačne kvadrature 15 kvadratnih metara. Iako maleni kvadraturom, naši budući gosti uživat će u komforu tijekom ljetovanja. Oba studio apartmana sastoje se od zasebnog ulaza, vlastite kupaonice s tuš kabinom, bračnog kreveta + pomoćne fotelje na razvlačenje, prostora za blagovanje te čajne kuhinje. Od ostalih sadržaja tu su: TV, besplatan WiFi, klima uređaj, prozori s komaricama, dječji krevetić te roštilj. Bitno je istaknuti da naši gosti mogu uživati na zajedničkoj terasi veličine 22 kvadratna metra, s koje imaju pregled na obližnje otoke, plažu koja je udaljena svega 150 m te doživjeti predivan zalazak sunca. Parking u cijeni - dostupan u blizini smještaja
Kako bi se naši gosti osjećali sigurno, tu smo da se pridržavamo svih epidemioloških i higijenskih mjera. U našim prostorijama će Vas dočekati dezinfekcijska sredstva. Budući da smo u blizini smještaja, gostima ćemo biti na raspolaganju za sve upite.
Podaca je maleno, mirno mjesto na Makarskoj rivijeri idealno za obiteljski odmor. Velika prednost je to što su svi sadržaji nadohvat ruke, od trgovine, parka, pošte, plaže pa i ambulante. Podaca obiluje sadržajima za djecu poput javnog dječjeg igrališta s najmodernijim spravama, trampolinom, prostorom za mali nogomet( cageball) i basket te spravama za fitness vježbanje. Njezino bogatstvo su duge plaže Ravanje i Viskovića Vala, od koje su naši apartmani udaljeni 150 m. Smještaj nije u blizini magistrale, što pogoduje mirnom i ugodnom ambijentu.
