Ground floor studio flat with a pool in the private house in Opatija. The studio flat overlooks the pool with sea view. House is 5 minutes walk from Opatija high street with shops, fresh food/ fish market, caffès, restaurants, parks , public transport and open air theatre . Sea and beaches are 10 min walk. Small dogs welcome.
