The Summer Breeze **** is a brand-new, stylishly furnished villa. With four stars, it offers all the comforts of home and complete relaxation. The villa's L-shaped floor plan also ensures privacy in the outdoor area. The inner part of the villa has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, an extra toilet with a washing machine and a hallway. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need, including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. The living room is kitted out with a 75˝ 4K/UHD SMART TV with great range of programmes. You'll have Wi-Fi coverage throughout the villa, and there are Ethernet connections in every room and the living room. Guests can use the internet for free. All rooms have inverter air conditioners for cooling and/or heating. In the outer part, there is a private parking for 3 cars, a fireplace, a swimming pool of 35 m2 with a depth of 1.8 m, an outdoor shower and a spacious terrace with an outdoor table and deck chairs. There are also lots of green areas around the villa. -- If you are coming by air, Brač Airport (BWK) is located just a few kilometers from Gornji Humac. We can organize transportation to the villa for you. If you are coming by sea, you can reach the island of Brač by ferry from Split, in which case you arrive in Supetar, or from Makarska, in which case the ferry arrives in Sumartin. Catamaran lines to Bol, Sutivan or Milna are also at your disposal. A road leads from Supetar to Gornji Humac across the central part of the island, passing through Nerežišća and Pražnica. The journey takes about 25 minutes by car or taxi, with public transport about 40 minutes. From Sumartin to Gornji Humac, the route takes you through Selc to Gornji Humac, and takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi and 25 minutes by public transport.
