Visit beautiful small town Pješčana Uvala and stay in brand new, designer decorated apartment SUNSET VALA with Sea view, next to the beach, on the 2nd floor, equipped with an elevator and fully accessible for disabled people in wheelchairs- flat from the entrance of the building and in the whole apartment. It has 68 square meters with terrace, two rooms, a bathroom which contains floor heating, a living room and kitchen which are air conditioned, and a dining table. Sunset Vala apartment is located in the newly built building and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction electrical stove, with no gas in the building. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The building location is in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible by car, close to a nice restaurant, several beach bars, children playground, new basketball, soccer, and volleyball court.

Pješčana Uvala, Istarska županija, Croatia Pjescana Uvala is a beautiful small place near Pula city and Marina Veruda, across Park Plaza hotel. It is one of the most popular vacation destinations in south Istria, but not overcrowded. The beach is close to the houses, and the place is 5 km from Pula center, 7 km from the park of nature Kamenjak, and 15 km from National Park Brijuni. The bus station is 100 m from the apartment. A lot of bike and walking roads are close to the apartment. Pula city is just 5 km from the apartment. The airport is 12 km from the apartment.
