Modern house, perfect for couples, located in tranquil part of the center of town, detached and with commanding view of the whole Vis bay. A spacious open plan kitchen/living room connects the terrace to the swimming pool area, offering both sunny and shadowed areas. A private pool with sun bathing area offers a stunning view and amazing sunsets. It is only about 50 meters away from the seafront and 100 meters to the main Riva promenade, shops, cafes, fine restaurants, open air cinema and more.
Nora & Edo Owners, Nora and Edo, are available all the time and in touch either in person or by mobile (Whatsapp).
It has a favorable microclimate, very cool in summer due to its position in elevated green area, lemon and orange trees and high ceilings (3,5 – 4,5 m), with a lot of fresh air flow. No houses on the left or right side of the house. Very calm but still in the center of the town. It is only about 50 meters away from the seafront and 100 meters to the main Riva promenade, shops, cafes, fine restaurants, open air cinema and more.
