It extends over three floors. The ground floor and the first floor each have an outside entrance. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue where you can prepare various delicacies. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom, leisure room for lots of fun and a sauna for relaxing. A steep, semi-circular staircase leads you from the first floor to the bedrooms and the open loft, where the minimum ceiling height is approx. 100 cm. We recommend a visit to the LifeClass Terme Sveti Martin and Accredo water parks, which offer numerous entertainment and sports facilities. Rental only for holiday lets. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
