Our vacation house Polane is great for couples or families with kids and also for bigger groups because we can host up to 8 people. It has large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a big terrace on the ground floor. Upper floor has another two bedrooms, bathroom and smaller terrace. House has 200 m2 and it is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, central heating, satellite TV and barbecue located on 2.000 m2 large courtyard.
House Polane is situated on plateau 950 meters above sea level just 1 km from skiing resort Petehovac. This location is ideal for activities such as cycling, hunting, fishing, hiking, adventure sports and of course skiing during the winter. Also in the radius of 10 km you will find national park Risnjak and nature reserves of Bijele stijene and Samarske stijene with it’s beautiful untouched nature. Touristic center Crikvenica with it’s fantastic beaches and biggest Croatian island Krk are only 40 km away. You will reach the capital city of Zagreb after 120 km drive on the motorway. Spend a holiday in Gorski kotar's green landscape, walk along its forest paths or enjoy a boat ride on one of its lakes Fužine, Lokve and Bajer. Your relaxation is guaranteed!
