The villa is located in a small peaceful village 17 kilometers from Pula and the sea. It is a newly renovated freestanding old istrian stone house (from 1870) with a 3000 square meters yard/outside area. We also have a pool of 36 square meters (8m x 4.5m) with 6 deck chairs and, sun shade and outside shower. The villa has a private parking for 4 cars. There is also a trampoline, swing and 2 small goals for football/soccer. It has an outside gas grill/barbecue. There is a covered terrace with wooden table and benches. Every room has air conditioning. Two rooms are located on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The remaining two rooms are located on the second floor. Each has air conditioning, the bathroom provided for them is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a stove (induction), dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator. There is also a washing machine, steam iron and ironing board. Next to the kitchen there is a dining area and an extension to the living room with a TV. From the dining area and living room you can go out onto a covered terrace paved with top-quality stone slabs, where there is a wooden table and benches for dining and relaxing. A beautiful view of the pool and 3000 m2 of garden stretches in front of you. You can see the same landscape from the rooms. deal for a holiday in greenery and peace. 15 km east and west are beaches. There is an adrenaline park in the neighboring village of Glavani. You can ride horses at the Barba Tone ranch in Manjadvorci. In Vodnjan, which is 6 km away, you can buy groceries in larger stores. Good fish markets are in Pula and Fažana. From Fažana you head to the Brijuni National Park. Pula is a center of cultural events. There is an Aquarium for children and adults. There are aquaparks located near Poreč and Umag. Istria has an abundance of famous restaurants, taverns that represent Istrian /Mediterranean cuisine.
