Villa Maria is a newly renovated modern villa with a nicely decorated garden of 700m2 with 3 bedrooms all of which are equipped with satellite TV's, living room with additional sofa to sleep, 2 bathrooms plus 1 additional toilet. There is a big terrace of 30m2 which is perfect for socializing in the evening hours. Villa has an outdoor grill and is equiped with luxury furniture and kitchenware (Miele washing machine, WMH cookware and kitchenware). Villa is situated 400m from the city beach. Zadar is 23km from the villa's location while several National Parks like Plitvice, Krka, Kornati and river Zrmanja are all located at 10-50km from the villa. 3 private parking places are in front of the villa.
Marina Klanac is a person who is in charge of managing villa. She is the contact person for the guests. She speaks fluently English, German and Italian with basics of Spanish and French. She is living in the house across the villa and she is available for any additional questions.
Villa is situated in a small, peaceful village Posedarje with only 2500 inhabitants, which is located directly on the sea. Villa is only 400m away from the main village beach and can easily be reached on foot or by the car. Villa is surrounded by peacfull neighborhood with only few houses near by all of which have nicely decorated gardens. Lots of restaurants and bars are located in the village itself or in near surrounding.
