Naš se objekt nalazi 8km do Gospića, u blizini je Jadransko more, naprimjer Zadar je 75km, Karlobag je 45km, Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera su 80km, Krka Nacionalni park je 120km. Kod nas manja dijeca mogu uživati u diječijem igralištu koji je zatvoren i privatan. U blizini 10km se nalaze konji za jahanje. Nudimo bicikle za goste kojim je cijena uključena u vaš boravak kod nas.
Ja i moja gospođa se bavimo turizmom na moru u Biogradu već 15 g. a prvo 2g. smo otvorili ovaj objekt u Barlete. S tim znamo da gosti žele udobnost i privatnost, gostima smo dostupni 24 sata dnevno. Komuniciramo s gostima na Hrvatski, Engleski i nešto na Njemački i Francuski.
Kod nas privatnost je nešto u čemu gosti mogu uživati, u blizini 20km od nas je dom Nikole Tesle, svaki dan možete otići jer ima tours i muzej. Izvor rijeke Gacke i uzgajalište ribe/paszrve je 40km od nas. Isto tako u okolici nas možete vidijeti krave, ovce i konje na farmama.
