The outdoor area includes a well-maintained 3000 sqm garden that is completely fenced, providing you with a very private holiday without any neighboring houses to disturb you. For the hot summer days, you have a 38 sqm pool at your disposal for cooling off, along with sun loungers for relaxing and tanning. Enjoy a barbecue evening in a covered area with a large dining table. Have fun with various activities, such as a children's playground, table tennis, mini-football, trampoline, and a swing. The air-conditioned villa has two separate apartments, each with a living room featuring a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms.
