Die moderne Villa Alana verfügt über viele Highlights wie beheizbaren Pool - Jacuzzi - Sauna - Meerblick - großer Garten komplett eingezäunt . Platz für mindestens 3 Autos plus extra Garage - Sie fahren über eine privat Straße mit Schranke zu der Villa . Alle Jalousien sind elektrisch - Staubsauger ist in den Wänden eingebaut - Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet mit WMF Töpfen und Tefal Pfannen - Supermarkt ist nur 1,8 km entfernt - bis zum Meer sind es 3,8 km - ( Crikvenica )
