This luxury furnished apartment also consist of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Gym includes a treadmill, an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, various weights, punching bag and many other equipment for exercise and training of the whole body. Supermarket is only 500 m from the apartment. Apartment is completely adapted for the disabled people. There are 2 parking spaces. The apartment is perfect choice for chill and relax in cozy environment and it is not suitable for loud parties and young groups!

If you prefer swimming in the sea the nearest beach is located just 6 km from the villa. Restaurants with rich offer are only 500m from the apartment. First supermarket is only 500 m from the apartment. Parenzana bike trail is within easy reach of the apartment - 50 m, so you can also enjoy cycling or a long walk in the nature.
