The house was built 2022, it is located in Smrika, far enough away from the main road so that we don’t have to worry about car noise and still close enough to use when we want to visit nearby places. Distance to Rijeka 20km, Crikvenica 12km, Airport 8km.The house is located in a dead-end street, so we can say peaceful environment. House with 3 spacious bedrooms, each has a bathroom, 55” TV. The rooms are located on the first floor, each with access to a terrace, where it is especially nice to enjoy the view of the sea and nearby islands. The middle and largest room is also equipped with jacuzzi. Terraces are equipped with lounge set. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, Game room, Bathroom, Sauna, common toilet and laundry room. Swimming pool is located in front of the house surrounded by a sun deck equipped with deckchairs and parasol. The pool is equipped with massage jets and counter current swimming system, and its size is 47m2.  There are enough parking spaces provided. Outdoor play children’s area with play house, toboggan, swing for kids, trampoline also provided as well as Barbeque area.
