Studio apartments villa Nicol are located in the strict old town center of Pirovac. They are newly renovated and modernly equipped 4-star apartments with all the utensils one modern apartment needs to have.
They have a panoramic view of Marina Pirovac and an overview of the entire center of Pirovac and the convenience of a butcher's shop, fish market, supermarket bars and restaurant just a few steps from the apartments.
However, we must emphasize that the strict center of each place in high summer season, that includes Pirovac as well, is noisier than the outskirts due to the 3 bars located within a radius of 5 meters from the building.
Therefore, the apartments are suitable for young people looking for good fun, partying at festivals and daytime sleeping who want to enjoy a touch of luxury and modern design.
