Boasting a private pool, a sauna, a rooftop jacuzzi, and a gym, this newly built villa was designed and furnished to the highest standards and comfort. The villa spreads over 650 m2 and is fully fenced, giving you complete privacy. Its heated saltwater pool has two different depths and a beautiful sun terrace with loungers, prepared for your dream vacation. This hidden getaway is 14 km away from Novalja, yet only 100m away from beautiful beaches, excellent local restaurants and grocery stores. The villa features a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, an ideal spot to watch the sunset from. On top of that, it features a fireplace, a small children’s playground, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill, so you can relish typical Croatian dishes with friends and/or family. Guests have at their disposal table tennis, table football, soccer goals, and paddle board, while inside the villa, you can use PS4 or have fun with karaoke. The living space, with a total of 330m2, is equipped to meet all your needs. Fully air-conditioned and floor-heated, equipped with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, an additional bathroom with a washer and a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a modern living room, this villa won’t leave you with anything to wish for.
