Villa Berenice is located in a small villa resort Paradise Villas, 20 minutes of drive to Pula, far from crowds and city rush. The property of 500 m2 offers a green garden, private pool and a shared tennis court. Table football is featured. The living space in the house totals 142 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 air conditioning units are featured. The covered terrace offers a table with chairs, an outdoor fireplace/barbecue, and a view of the pool. Pets are allowed on inquiry (only small dogs, under 20 kg). A Pet fee of 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet, must be paid in cash on arrival.

Villa Berenice is located in a quiet family villa resort, so there could be some friendly interaction with other guests, especially in the park located in the middle of the resort, but also on the tennis/basketball courts near. Poreč is 33,8 km from Villa Berenice, Rovinj is 20,9 km away and Pula is 14,5 km away. Guests can enjoy the central joint park where they can walk along the streamlet and the beautiful wooden bridge, shared with other guests of the resort. Take your children to the center of the park where they can have a great time on children's playground with 2 slides and a swing. There is a tennis court that our guests can use (paid), shared with other guests at the villa resort, and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops. Here you have a couple of great options for an active vacation.
