You will be welcomed in a completely renovated traditional villa where every detail and piece of antique furniture is carefully selected. With such luxury, we have secured total privacy and protection from unwanted views. Situated in the northwest of Istrian peninsula, only 10 kilometres away from the sea and the town of Poreč, the location of the villa is ideal for exploring the Istrian coast and the inland. It is located in the small town of Barat on the hillside, overlooking the sea and showing the outlines of Italy and Venice in the distance on a beautiful day. The villa is fully equipped, and guests do not have to bring any necessities with them. It is ideally set for 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, while one room additionally has a sofa bed for two children. The villa also features 5 bathrooms and one separate toilet. From the kitchen you enter a spacious dining room equipped with a massive antique table for 10 people, and a living room where you can try liqueurs, wines, jams and craft beer exclusively produced for Villa Carolus Barat and being sealed by a special stamp having the name of villa on it. In front of the villa, on 2500 m2 large parcel there is a covered outdoor dining room with stone grill and a table for 10 persons. In front of the dining area you can refresh yourself in a 10x7m swimming pool or in an outdoor Jacuzzi. For those who would like more entertainment, we have provided table football, a traditional massive billiard table, PlayStation 4, home cinema, advanced audio system, chess and an Orbitrack.
