Vila D8 nalazi se u naposrednom centru Labina sa predivnim pogledom prema Starom gradu. U okviru objekta gostima su na raspolaganju vanjski bazen s ležaljkama, teretana, sauna i veliko natkriveno parkiralište. U Villi gostima je na raspolaganju TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima, a na vanjskoj terasi nalazi se oprema za roštilj, potpuno opremljena vanjska kuhinja i ležaljke. Villa je klimatizirana sa moderno uređenim interijerom i sastoji se od potpuno opremljene kuhinje, 3 spavaće sobe, 4 kupaone, dnevnim boravkom, teretanom i wellness oazom. Do plaža u Rapcu je 5 km, a veći gradovi poput Pule, Rovinja i Poreča su na sat vremena vožnje.

The house is located on the outskirts of the town of Labin with a beautiful view towards the Old Town of Labin. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a children's park. The center of Labina is just a few minutes' drive away. The tourist resort of Rabac with its beautiful beaches is only 5 kilometers away.
