The villa is located in Medulin and is only a few meters from the beach. The Beach Bijeca is only 1.8 km away and Belvedere Beach is only 1.9 km away. As a wellness highlight you have an fantastic whirlpool and sauna in the villa. The outdoor pool can also be heated on request and for a fee. It has 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a luxury pool which can be seen from the upper terrace. This villa features a garden, BBQ facilities, free WiFi and free private parking, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor table tennis and a patio with garden views.   You have everything within walking distance from the villa and you can easily enjoy your vacation with family and friends.
