The building is a modern new building with 4 bedrooms and 3 terraces, two on the first floor and one large on the ground floor. Barbecue and Pool as well as outdoor shower. The peculiarity of the building is that there are no stairs on the ground floor. The bedrooms and living room with tubular ceiling cooling are air-conditioned so that there is no air conditioning or noise during sleep and it leads to an ideal and comfortable temperature and space. The house is completely heated by underfloor heating.
More than ten years of experience in Tourism, and it is a pleasure to host anew everyone who wants a good and quality vacation.
The surroundings are quiet without much traffic. In the vicinity of shops and several restaurants accessible on foot. Football field for children also close. Near the border a great advantage.
