Villa Elia is located in a quiet residential area of Zadar, on top of a green hill which overlooks the city. With its amazing panoramic sea view and a lovely private swimming pool, it can comfortably accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 9 persons. Your holiday home consists of a charming tavern with stone fireplace, a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms plus an additional toilet and 5 bedrooms. Also, you have direct access to a balcony which provides spectacular view of the city of Zadar, the Adriatic Sea and its islands. Outside, you will find your private swimming pool, which includes a counter current system and a hydro-massage feature. Next to it, there is a garden with a lovely covered terrace and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals in the open. If you're looking for fun activities to do around the house, there is table tennis, a basketball court and a trampoline. Enough gated parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi internet connection. - A maximum of 1 well behaved pet is allowed upon a prior request.

The nearest beach is located only 4 km away, about the same distance as Zadar old town where you can explore its narrow streets, see the museums or visit the famous attractions such as the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. There is a restaurant and a grocery store just down the hill, less than a 5-minute walk away. Close to your villa, you will also find the park-forest Musapstan which is ideal for running and cycling. National parks Paklenica and Krka Waterfalls can both be visited in less than 1h drive. All this makes for a great location to enjoy your next holidays.
