This newly built modern villa with swimming pool is located in Valtura, a place in the south of the peninsula Istra, north-east from 3000 years old city Pula. Nearby this villa, 10 minutes far away, is Medulin, small town with sandy beachs and lots of beach bars. Airport is only 5 km away from the villa, and the city of Pula is 10 minutes of driving away.
Family owned and managed villa for vacation. This villa has a pool just in front of the door for you to enjoy. Entrance to the villa is closed with a big gate, so that guarantees privacy for your family. Host is available for any of your needs and questions anytime during your stay. Nearby the house is a small market and in the city are big supermarkets.
