Property information

The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor with a large private fully fenced garden 250 sqm for your use only! Special feature: on the terrace you have your own barbecue. The apartment has its own entrance. Located only 300m from the beach. Detached, carefully and lovingly maintained house, newly built in 2005. Quiet location as the house is the penultimate house on the street. Air conditioning and internet are free. The kitchen is fully equipped, furthermore the apartment has a satellite system with German programs. Sleeping: 2 people in the bedroom, 2 people on the sofa bed. The fifth person (child) sleeps on an additional single bed (not on the picture). There is only one holiday apartment in the house. Own parking lot directly in front of the house.

The house is located in the small town of Vinkuran, only 4 km from Pula. The settlement is located in the Vinkuran Bay above the Solina Bay. The place has a beautiful sheltered beach surrounded by lush pine forests. Here you will find peace, quiet and relaxation, a crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. The proximity of the city of Pula guarantees you a variety of activities. And finally, you must also visit the nearby Brijuni National Park. There are interesting things to visit: Pula / Loborika - a place from the 10th century / Sandalja - a prehistoric site with several caves where the remains of the first human communities were found. In addition, the national park "Brioni Islands" and the picturesque Cape Kamenjak. There is an oyster farm in the bay of Soline near Vinkuran. Near the tourist settlement there is a quarry known since ancient times.
